Terms of sale & listing

This site is a catalogue and a marketplace. It lists products and enables sales of vetted products, some of which we sell directly and some of which are sold by a third-party seller through this site.

Every listing states which of the two it is before you can buy it. Where a listing is neither, it is catalogued only and clause 5 applies.

Each brand owner is responsible for its own licences, registrations, permits and product notifications, and for keeping them current, including anything required of it by the Food and Drug Administration, the Bureau of Internal Revenue, the Department of Trade and Industry, or any local government unit.

We ask for evidence of those licences and permits before a brand is listed for sale, and we may ask for it again at any time. We do not hold them on a brand owner’s behalf and we do not warrant them.

Anything sold directly by us is bought from the brand owner itself, or from a seller we have confirmed is legitimate and authorised to supply it. We do not buy stock for direct sale from an unconfirmed source.

Where we are the seller, we are responsible for that sale: the description, the condition of the goods on delivery, and the sale itself.

Where a listing is sold by a third-party seller, that seller — not us — is the seller of record and takes responsibility for the product, its licences and permits, its description, and its fulfilment.

Our role in a third-party sale is to list it, to enable the transaction, and to require of that seller the same standards we hold ourselves to. Every third-party listing names its seller.

Some items are listed for cataloguing purposes only — so that the market can be described, compared and searched — and are not offered for direct sale by us. A catalogued item may not carry the permits a sale would require, and its presence here is not an offer, a solicitation, or a representation that it may lawfully be sold.

Those listings carry no price you can buy at and no way to add them to a cart. Registering interest in one is a request, not an order, and creates no obligation on either side.

We do not sell, and will not knowingly enable the sale of, any product that does not comply with the law that applies to it in the Philippines — including product that is unregistered where registration is required, mislabelled, or prohibited from sale.

Where we learn that a listed product is non-compliant, we remove it from sale. Tell us at once if you believe something listed here is non-compliant.

This site is for adults aged 18 and over in the Philippines. You are asked to declare your age before the catalogue is usable, and a one-time government-ID check is required before a first delivery.

These products contain nicotine. They are not for minors, non-smokers, or pregnant or breastfeeding women, and nothing on this site is a medical claim or a smoking-cessation claim.

Prices are in Philippine pesos and are those shown at the time you place the order. Tier prices apply where the account holds the tier or the order reaches the quantity that opens it.

A listing is not a guarantee of stock. An order is accepted when we confirm it, and we may decline or cancel an order — refunding anything paid — where stock, verification or compliance requires it.
